You have 15 days from the date of delivery to your shipping address to initiate a return. As a small business, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If a return is necessary, please be patient with the process. Keep an eye out for an email or text containing instructions on how to successfully process your return.

 Products Damaged

We'll offers a full refund or a replacement if packages arrived are badly damaged.(except thread, slightly wrinkled, small scratches etc.).

Incorrect or Missing Products

Our manufacturer ensures strict quality control before dispatching products. However, if you receive incorrect or missing items, here is how we handle it:

A. Incorrect Products: If we sent you the wrong product, we will provide a full refund or replacement.

B. Wrong Color or Size: If the product is the wrong color or size but functions correctly, we will issue a refund or resend the item once you provide proof.

C. Missing Parts: If the missing part does not affect the product's function, we will offer a partial refund or resend the missing part. If the missing part affects the product's function,
we will resend the entire product.

D. Missing Accessories: We will resend any missing accessories.

We cannot accept disputes if the shipping address provided was incorrect.
